He had an uncanny ability to pick fixtures and suggest design elements that fit our style on the first try. Additions to the scope such as redoing the stairs and removing an old upper deck made a world of difference to the end result, and we even managed to stay very close to our original budget expectations. I could not be happier with my new kitchen, dining room, stairs, and laundry room! My (high) expectations were totally exceeded. I recommend Michael highly and can't wait to see what he does next.

Michael Soraci was great to work with. My wife and I hired him to help us design a kitchen remodel for our 1947 house. We wanted something that was both modern and also respected the character of the house. This is a project we talked about for years but could never get on the same page. He got us there! Michael is a great listener and had command of very good computer tools to help us visualize the details of his design proposals. He advised and offered feedback for us on all of the details from big design issues, window selection and down to the small details such as colors, tiles, counter tops, cabinet knobs etc.
Michael kept within his own budget for design services and was respectful of our overall project budget with his design suggestions. We are very pleased with our finished product which was completed within our budget. We recommend him without any reservations.

"Although we had always loved our house, it sits among large trees and on a slight north slope. We had tried various ways to increase light (cutting down trees, adding windows) with little improvement. The remodel Michael designed for us turned our dinning room into a warm, sunny room. He opened up the kitchen and living rom walls to allow natural light into them, too. The remodel matches the rest of the house in wood color and style. I feel perfectly confident the work is solid and foolproof. Michael dealt with all the permits, and assisted the general contractor, Mark Gianforti Construction, in shopping for materials. Michael and Mark developed a work flow plan that kept construction dust confined to the workspace. The remodel was unobtrusive on our time and energy. Michael and Mark kept us informed whenever a decision needed to be made or plans changed, and the project even came in under cost! It is a huge improvement, and I would never do another remodel without asking Michael."
