Serving the Community
Saint Alice Church, the first Catholic Church in Lane County, is a cornerstone of the Springfield community, with a history that spans over 100 years. The Church needed a kitchen that on any given day could facilitate meals for up to 150 people. To meet these needs, a full commercial grade custom built kitchen was the only solution. Like all commercial kitchen projects, this one had its own unique set of challenges, but the team assembled had expertise, experience, and background that made the whole process both gratifying and rewarding for all parties involved. Upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were all part of the project scope. The result is a kitchen that functions smoothly and efficiently and is a spaced enjoyed by the people who work in it.
