Working with Michael Soraci was a pleasant experience. We gave Michael our design to draw up, which he stayed true to, but offered some suggestions for improvements without changing the feel that we wanted to project with our small Patisserie. He made sure our plan was to code and confirmed and re-confirmed various details with the different subs, until he was confident that all was correct.  He added some simple and inexpensive details to the facade that were a nice addition as well. We were able to stay in budget and he was careful to not add details without checking first to see if we wanted them. 

His real expertise shone through  in the permitting process. After the plans were drawn up quickly and expertly, Michael was able to get us an over the counter permit signed off on in a few hours. A masterful stroke that shaved weeks off the project and  I"m sure was due to his experience, relationships with the city and quality work.  Michael was easy to work with, effective, knowledgable and thorough and we would definitely work with him again.
