Destined for Success

Located in Southeast Eugene right on the Interstate-5 corridor and minutes from the University of Oregon, Eugene Safe Storage was destined for success. The goal was to create a safe, attractive, highly functional, and convenient facility to serve the entire Eugene-Springfield Metro area. The long and narrow site runs parallel to major utility lines and a train line immediately to the east. The slope of the site presented a design challenge which was dealt with in creative ways. This project has four phases with phase 3 slated for completion in early 2024.
