Spring Valley Dairy, Inc

This light-industrial project remodeled and divided an existing warehouse to meet the specific needs of Spring Valley Dairy, a food distributer for Western Oregon. The project scope included an administrative wing, a 7000 sf "box in a box" freezer and cooler, new truck loading docks, and general site and building improvements. A portion of the main warehouse was divided off for continued use by the prior tenants.
